    1) We are losing members raising our membership fee to $50/single and $75 for a couple when other clubs are typically $25 + $5 and especially with our competition with Meet Up's, which are free.2) Did we really spend $30K for our new website???3) The website is too complicated and is not being used by many members because it is too complicated and some of its functions do not work.  Training needs to be offered.  4) I am finding that the Paddle Committe list is years old and most the the names are no longer even members.5) I am hearing complaints we are letting large groups use the Chalet for free???6) Someone had taken all our Paddle events and posted them in a Meet Up site, I am getting many paddlers on my paddles which are not members, and think we have some kind of reciprocity with the Spokane Canoe and Kayak/Meet Up clubs.What is the incentive to join our club when people are repeatedly welcomed without joining. I don't know what all the answers are, but it seems our club is in decline.  I have been a member since 1984, sad to see it decline.
